The association and the hostel management believe in the great importance of strengthening the resident-family-staff relationship and works frequently to strengthen the relationship and cooperation while maintaining full transparency and taking into account the needs of the families and their loved ones of the residents.

The hostel can accept male and female tenants between the ages of 21-55 who are referred by the welfare authorities according to the tenants' choice and suitability.

In all the housing centers, religious longevity is observed, strictly kosher food, observance of Shabbat in the public areas, the hostel in Migdal Ha'emek even has a synagogue in the building.

The unique work processes led by the association are based on:

• Diverse and extensive activities for leisure hours integrated into the normative community.

• Employment solutions inside and outside the framework in combination with a normative population.

• Focusing on encouraging and developing the tenants' independence, including the right to choose, as a rehabilitation lever.

• Leading a very unique concept, in which the framework adapts itself to the tenant's needs and desires (person-oriented service).

The Grabsky Rehabilitation Center association operates 3 housing centers for a population with severe physical disabilities. A hostel in Migdal Ha'Emek, a community apartment in Migdal Ha'Emek and a rehabilitation center in Jerusalem. In recent years, the association has in practice implemented very unique work processes based on extensive experience and professional knowledge acquired in the field of rehabilitation and unique treatment for adults and young people with severe physical disabilities, multiple sclerosis patients, cerebral palsy and stroke victims.
