Gravsky rehabilitation foundation has been operating for the last 15 years a hostel for patients with severe physical disabilities in Migdal Ha’Emek. Gravsky has been implementing unique work processes on the basis of experience and vast professional knowledge that was acquired in the rehabilitation field of adults and teens with severe physical disabilities, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and cerebrovascular damages.
The foundation’s unique work processes are based on:
– Use of advanced treatment technologies.
– Diverse activities for leisure and employment.
– Focus on encouraging and developing independence, leveraging rehabilitation in community housing.
– Leading a unique concept where the framework is adjusted to the patient’s needs rather than adjusting the patient to the framework.
The foundation and the hostel’s administration believe in the importance of strengthening the resident-family-team relationship. We are frequently working to empower the relationship and collaboration while preserving full transparency and considering the patient’s needs as well the family’s needs.
The hostel accepts residents of all sexes in ages 21-55 that are referred by welfare authorities.
